1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the binding agreement between you ("the User") and luck22 ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the luck22 website, mobile application and all associated services.

By accessing luck22 at luck22.onl, downloading the Android app, registering an account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the luck22 platform and should close your account if one already exists.

These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference and should be read together with this document.

2 Eligibility

To register and use a luck22 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. luck22 is an adults-only platform and does not permit access to anyone under the age of 18.
• You must be the individual named in the account registration details. Registering on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• You must not already hold an existing luck22 account, whether active, suspended or previously closed.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on luck22 or be subject to any existing account restriction on the platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not acting under any incapacity that would prevent you from doing so.

3 Account Registration

When registering an account on luck22, you agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact details and any other information requested during the registration process.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. If any details change after registration, you must update them promptly. luck22 is not liable for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect account information provided by you.

• Only one account is permitted per person. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed at luck22's discretion.
• Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not allow another person to access or use your account.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account, including bets placed and transactions made.
• You must keep your password secure and not share it with anyone. luck22 recommends using a strong, unique password for your account.

luck22 may verify your identity at any stage, including at withdrawal. If identity verification cannot be completed, access to funds may be withheld until the process is resolved.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on luck22 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not charge currency conversion fees as all amounts are handled natively in PKR from the point of deposit through to withdrawal.

Supported payment methods currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer (IBFT) and debit/credit cards. The availability of specific payment options may vary at any time.

• Deposits are typically credited within minutes for JazzCash and Easypaisa. Bank transfer timings may vary depending on your bank's processing schedule.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per payment method. These are displayed in the Deposit section of your account.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to limits and verification requirements.
• luck22 reserves the right to request identity and payment verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Funds deposited into your luck22 account may only be used for betting and gaming on the platform. Deposits are not investments and do not earn interest.

5 Betting Rules

luck22 offers sports betting across Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 Internationals, ODIs, Test matches, Football, Esports and other sports. All bets are subject to the platform's standard betting rules, which are outlined here and in the relevant sport-specific sections of the platform.

• A bet is confirmed only once you receive a bet confirmation on screen. No bet is valid until this confirmation is displayed.
• Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds shown at confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to live data availability. luck22 is not liable for delays in live data affecting bet acceptance or settlement timing.
• If a match or event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled and not completed within 24 hours of the original start time, bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• For PSL and cricket markets, settlement follows the official result declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC or equivalent). No alternative result will be accepted for settlement purposes.
• luck22 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the odds were clearly displayed in error due to a technical fault or human error.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and may vary by sport, event and market type. These limits are applied at the bet placement stage.

Any attempt to exploit pricing errors, software glitches or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair betting advantage is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and bet voidance.

6 Casino and Game Rules

luck22 offers casino games including Slots, Live Casino tables, table games and other formats accessible through the Game Lobby. All casino games are subject to the rules of the individual game as displayed within the game interface, in addition to these general Terms.

• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation or live dealer procedures, depending on the game format.
• All Slots and casino game sessions are conducted in PKR. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages where displayed are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee results in any individual session.
• In the event of a disconnection during a casino game session, the game will be resolved according to the platform's standard disconnection policy. Interrupted sessions are resumed from the last recorded state where technically possible.
• Game malfunctions void all pays and plays. If a technical fault affects a game outcome, the affected round will be voided and the stake returned to your balance.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and are displayed within each game interface before play begins.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, luck22 may offer bonuses, free bets, promotional credits or other incentive offers to registered users. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside the relevant offer.

• Bonus funds and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are issued in PKR and apply only to eligible games or betting markets as specified in the offer terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• luck22 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time, including clawing back bonus funds already credited if eligibility conditions are found not to have been met.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed and bonuses voided.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on luck22 and constitute a material breach of these Terms. luck22 reserves the right to take immediate action, including permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds, in response to any of the following:

• Registering more than one account or registering using false personal information.
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or other tools to place bets, navigate the platform or access the app in a manner not intended for regular users.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting or placing bets with knowledge of a pre-determined outcome.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity or channelling funds of unlawful origin through the platform.
• Engaging in coordinated betting with other users to exploit platform promotions (bonus abuse).
• Attempting to access another user's account or compromising the platform's security systems in any way.

luck22 cooperates with relevant authorities in cases involving suspected fraud, money laundering or other criminal conduct. Any balances associated with prohibited conduct may be withheld pending investigation.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

luck22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any user account at its discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive or abusive activity on the account.
• Account inactivity for an extended period (as defined in the platform's inactivity policy).
• At the user's own request, including self-exclusion requests submitted through the Responsible Gaming section.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, luck22 may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where closure is at the user's request or due to inactivity, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the user's registered payment method after applicable checks are completed.

10 Privacy and Data

luck22 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

• luck22 does not sell or share your personal information with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.
• Transaction data is retained for record-keeping and may be used to resolve disputes or respond to queries about your account history.

11 Responsible Gaming

luck22 is an entertainment platform and takes its commitment to responsible gaming seriously. Sports betting and casino games carry financial risk and are intended solely as a form of adult entertainment — not as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses.

• luck22 provides deposit limit tools, session time reminders and self-exclusion options accessible through the Responsible Gaming section of your account.
• Players are encouraged to set deposit limits before they begin betting or playing — not after a losing session when impulse control is at its lowest.

• Service interruptions, platform downtime or technical faults affecting bet placement or game play.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers such as JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or banking institutions.
• Loss of account access resulting from your failure to maintain secure login credentials.
• Any decision to suspend, restrict or close your account in accordance with these Terms.

luck22 makes no warranty that the platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may affect platform availability from time to time.

13 Changes to These Terms

luck22 reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date at the top of the document.

Your continued use of the luck22 platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to request account closure.

For significant changes that materially affect your rights or obligations, luck22 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via the contact details on their account.
